Responsibilities

Design and implement effective AI solution architecture utilizing approaches of various AI technologies and methods to address Marine Corps operational needs

Apply advanced technical expertise and full industry knowledge

Develop innovative solutions to complex problems

Work without considerable direction

Mentor and supervise team members, as needed

Contribute to the direction of mission-critical solutions by applying best-fit ML algorithms and technologies

Help your clients navigate the landscape of ML algorithms, tools, and frameworks

Required

4+ years of experience with artificial intelligence, data science, machine learning engineering, software engineering, data research, or data analytics

4+ years of experience with software development or engineering, including in an academic or professional environment

Experience with generative and agentic AI technologies, such as LLMs, MCP, LangChain, or LangGraph

Experience with a programming language, including Python, C#, or Java

Knowledge of modern software design patterns, including microservice design or edge computing

Ability to create solutions within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment

Ability to develop scripts and programs for converting various types of data into usable formats and support project team to scale, monitor, and operate data platforms

Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance

Bachelor's degree
