United Way of Greater Cincinnati is seeking a 211 Free Tax Prep Coordinator to assist residents in accessing Free Tax Prep services. The role involves collecting consent, profile data, and scheduling appointments while advocating for clients and tracking relevant data.

Responsibilities

Secure consent and build caller profiles for longitudinal records

Collect and record data on Free Tax Prep referrals, including types and agency responses, to contribute to daily and weekly reports

Act as an advocate for residents, ensuring they are connected to the Free Tax Prep appointments and resources they need

Compassionately assess the needs of community members and provide appointment scheduling and referrals for Free Tax Prep through our network of trusted community partners

Handle challenging calls, emotional or high-stress situations with care and professionalism

Required
