Responsibilities

Project Planning: Direct and manage all project personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers from initial planning through to project close-out. Ensure seamless coordination and execution of project phases
Quality Control & Progress Reporting: Schedule and conduct site inspections to monitor quality and progress before, during, and after construction. Provide detailed progress reports and address any issues promptly
Performance Tracking: Track and measure project progress, timelines, and milestones against established plans and budgets. Ensure that all project deliverables are met within scope and financial parameters
Vendor & Subcontractor Management: Manage and coordinate multiple vendors, subcontractors, and engineers across various projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient project execution and adherence to schedules
Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and document project risks. Develop and implement contingency plans and manage any changes to scope, schedule, and cost effectively
Safety & Quality Assurance: Promote and uphold company safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Document and track compliance to ensure high standards are consistently met
Client Relations: Deliver exceptional project management services in alignment with client expectations. Strengthen and maintain strong client relationships and manage stakeholder needs effectively
Task Prioritization: Prioritize and delegate tasks across multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and successful project delivery

Required

Illinois residency is required for this role

Preferred

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience preferred, including at least 2 years in project management
A strong background in Engineering, Procurement, and Contracting (EPC) is essential, with a minimum of 3 years of solar industry experience (strongly preferred)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
NABCEP Certified PV Installation Professional or equivalent (strongly preferred)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (strongly preferred)
