Responsibilities

You'll lead AML/KYC reviews of investors and investments, guiding your team through complex and unusual cases

You'll oversee proprietary AML/KYC software, ensuring accurate reviews, proper record keeping, and process improvements

You'll manage staff by fostering collaboration, training team members, and reviewing their work for quality control

You'll build strong client relationships by leading calls, supporting diverse private equity funds, and ensuring satisfaction

You'll stay current on AML laws, educate your team on evolving regulations, and prepare billing reports to track performance

Required

3+ years of experience in private equity, AML/KYC, or alternative asset investment firms

Flexibility to work overtime when needed

Experience or interest in managing and training staff

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
