Responsibilities
Own the Global EWM Template: Drive harmonized warehouse processes, master data standards, and technical/functional design that support all global sites while minimizing customizations
Ensure Successful Rollouts: Lead EWM blueprinting, build, SIT/UAT execution, cutover, and hypercare for each site rollout, ensuring quality and on-time delivery
Enable Operational Excellence: Improve warehouse productivity, accuracy, and service levels by leveraging RF operations, task & resource management, WT optimization, EWM–PP/DS/OTC integration, and embedded TU management
Strengthen System Stability: Proactively resolve integration issues with ERP, CPI, transportation flows, EDI ASN messages, Kardex, pack specs, and legacy/MES interfaces
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Visteon CoE’s, Site Logistics Heads, Finance, EDI, PP/DS, and OTC teams to ensure seamless end-to-end process integration
Build Internal Capability: Strengthen Visteon’s internal capability by coaching analysts, documenting playbooks, defining governance models, and establishing best practices for future sites
Support Business Outcomes: Contribute to Visteon’s objectives of reduced logistics cost, improved inventory accuracy, enhanced fulfillment speed, and reliable global supply chain performance
Deliver a fully stable EWM solution for Pilot Site (Palmela)
Close all open defects
Improve RF performance, picking accuracy, HU management, and EDI ASN success rate
Ensure stable TU management within embedded EWM (no TM)
Build & Freeze the Global EWM Template
Standardize inbound, outbound, HU, pick-pack-ship, staging, production supply, GI/GR processes
Finalize pack specs, master data rules, storage types, strategies, batch settings
Complete Blueprint & Build for Next Sites (Tunisia, Asia, etc.)
Fit-gap analysis with minimum variance
Master data readiness
RICEFW design, testing, and migration checklists
Execute SIT1, SIT2 & UAT Across Upcoming Sites
Zero major defect leakage
All integration with OTC, PP/DS, Finance, Kardex, MES, CPI validated
Cutover Readiness
Finalize warehouse cutover steps (bins, HUs, open tasks, physical stock alignment)
Ensure EDI inbound/outbound readiness for shipments & ASNs
Build Internal Capability
Create EWM playbook, knowledge base, and repeatable rollout methodology
Mentor internal EWM analysts & site super-users
Qualification
Required
Master's / Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related discipline
16+ years of relevant SAP experience, preferably in global or multi-regional rollouts
Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM, including inbound/outbound, HU, RF, production integration, staging, cross-docking, replenishment, task/resource management, physical inventory, and warehouse KPIs
Strong integration knowledge: OTC outbound deliveries, PP/DS staging, CPI interfaces, ASN flows, EDI, HU labels, pack specs, Kardex, shipping & TU creation (without SAP TM)
Experience working with Executive Team and Business Leaders, delivering solutions that directly support business outcomes
Demonstrated success in leading multi-site warehouse transformations
Strong skills in project management, fit-gap analysis, RICEFW design, SIT/UAT leadership, and cutover planning
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to simplify complex warehouse processes
Ability to lead global teams, manage partners, and work in a demanding rollout environment
Experience in high-volume manufacturing/logistics setups (automotive industry knowledge is a plus)
