They are seeking a Senior Engineer for their Rapid Response team to provide high-quality technical and operational support, troubleshoot drilling equipment, and improve support center services.

Responsibilities

Provide high quality and customer focused technical and operational support

Utilize Remote Diagnostic and other tools as Service lab, Cimplicity , Simatic-S7, TIA and Seabridge

Troubleshooting and technical support for rigs in operation, onshore or offshore

Support the full range of HMH products

Development and improvement of 24/7 support center services

Adhere to HMHs vision, values, strategies, policies, standards and procedures

Required

Experience from troubleshooting of drilling equipment

Relevant technical education BSc/MSc. Relevant practical experience may compensate for technical education

Curious on new technology, and ability to acquire new knowledge quickly

Well-developed customer focus

Ability to perform well in stressful situations

Flexible, motivated by working with continuous improvements and engaged in delivering quality results

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, now or in the future, without employer sponsorship for employment visa status
