Interim Human Resources Manager/Director
MGT is a leading provider of technology and advisory solutions serving government agencies across the United States. They are seeking a senior-level HR leader to provide strategic guidance and support during a departmental transition for a city organization in Southern New Hampshire.
Responsibilities
Provide strategic HR leadership and consultation to city leadership
Offer guidance on organizational structure, workforce planning, and departmental priorities
Maintain continuity of operations during leadership transition
Serve as a trusted advisor on complex or sensitive HR matters
Be available on a part‑time basis (1–2 days per week) with additional on‑call support as needed
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in senior HR leadership roles
Strong consultative and advisory skills
Ability to quickly assess organizational needs and provide steady, informed guidance
Preferred
Public sector experience preferred but not required
