Responsibilities
Responsible for removing impediments for the scrum/project team
Arrange and run daily stand-up meetings and/or project meetings
Arrange demo and decision-making meetings in order to keep processes in order and ensure quick decisions
Support the management team on all actions needed for strategic alignment
Support the management team by ensuring all processes are followed within cross-functional departments
Help to oversee design, implementation, QA, and validation of product (outcome)
Support team efforts to successfully achieve delivery objectives by effectively applying, implementing and enforcing Scrum principles/practices and/or traditional milestone approach
Help to facilitate daily scrums, stand-ups, and meetings to monitor product / project progress and resolve any issues the team may be experiencing
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, application users, and business owners
Actively seeks and participates in a variety of learning opportunities such as Communities of Practice, conferences, classroom training and independent study to further develop self and community
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of experience as a SM and/or Project Manager
Strong technical background
Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
Highly self-motivated and directed. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Strong customer service orientation with experience in working within teams, collaborative environment
Preferred
Associate degree in business or related field
Scrum Alliance A-CSM, Project Management (PMP)
Experience in a Financial institution (understanding of financial governance)
