3+ years expV3 Companies is a civil engineering consulting firm dedicated to transforming communities. They are seeking an experienced Project Surveyor who will perform CAD tasks, prepare construction surveys, and manage project research and setup.

Responsibilities
Primarily perform CAD tasks in the preparation of construction surveys , layout calculations, ALTA, boundary, topographic, and specialized surveys
Prepare and coordinate construction layout calculations for field staff
Manage CAD generated surface models and produce accurate contours, cross sections and profile drawings
Perform project research and setup
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years practical experience performing similar work
Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D software
Ability to competently read civil, architectural, and structural drawings, including complex details, and successfully interpret for construction layout
Communicate with clients, accommodate client work requests, and create work order instructions for field staff
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
Work independently with little instruction
Attention to detail and accuracy
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Preferred
Degree or courses in related area is a plus
