They are seeking a Cell Tower Top Hand to perform various construction tasks including tower erection, coaxial cable and antenna installation, and RF testing. The role requires experience in cellular construction and involves working as part of a team to ensure the expansion and upgrade of cellular networks.

Responsibilities
Installation and maintenance of mounts, platforms, antennas, RRU’s, TMA, and other related equipment on towers, rooftops, and other structures to expand and upgrade cellular networks
Installation and maintenance of coaxial and DC power/fiber optic transmission lines
Assist with testing of new and existing equipment. May include sweep, PIM, or fiber testing
Installation of ice bridges, cable trays, equipment pads, racks, and platforms
Installation of underground and in building conduits for electrical and back haul circuits
Learn and incorporate climbing and work safety requirements
Work as a team to function as part of a 3-4-man crew

Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year of experience in cellular construction
Ability to work reliably under minimal supervision
Valid and active driver's license that is insurable according to the standards of the company
Excellent physical conditioning and stamina
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions; including but not limited to snow, rain and varying temperatures
Ability to read, comprehend and carry out written and verbal instructions
Observe all company procedures and safety rules
Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction
Able to climb to and work at heights exceeding 300'
Be willing to travel up to 100 miles per day with a Foreman
