Responsibilities

Assist to originate and underwrite new residential mortgage loans, refinance and modification loans
Assist to perform customer service representatives to solicit new accounts
Assist to handle loan business according to all bank policies and procedures, KYC Due Diligence requirements
Assist to monitor KRI and report criticized loan if applicable
Assis to work on Compliance and Regulatory reports as needed to LCD periodically
Assist to coordinate with external and internal examination to ensure business safety and soundness
Assist to contact borrowers to make monthly mortgage payment on time
Assist to communicate with OSD and follow up with customers on tax, insurance, annual escrow disclosure statement, year-end escrow statement, escrow account or other post lending questions or issues
Help to answer and resolve customer complaints and inquires
Seek unusual and irregular activities and, if any, reports to supervisor, BSA Officer and Branch Manager
