Product Configuration Analyst
PING, Inc. is seeking a Product Configuration Analyst to develop and maintain rules within their product configurator and enterprise quoting system. The role involves managing the product setup process, analyzing product specifications, and providing support to Sales and Customer Service teams.

Responsibilities
Manage and build the rules for the product configurator engine
Oversee the product setup process in the system from start to finish, including interfacing with other departments (Project Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Marketing, Sales, ERP team and Customer Service)
Analyze product specifications and repair procedures to identify all product components and tasks, and their effects on information systems
Create product rules for configurable product models with input from affected subsidiaries and departments (such as Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Accounting, Marketing, Customer Service, International Operations, ERP team and Communications)
Manage the release communication planning, execution, success definition, measurement, and post implementation efforts as it relates to the CPQ and EQ
Provide front-line business process support to our Sales and Customer Service teams leveraging best practices
Manage the enterprise quoting software, including setup of products, mapping items to a product item master, and streamlining ordering process for users
Test all relevant systems for product accuracy including CPQ, Enterprise Quoting, and PING’s ERP
Prepare for Communications and Distribution departments detailed information necessary for the preparation of externally distributed collateral material, availability charts, and catalog information
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum 2 years' experience in business analysis or a related field; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Previous experience with a CPQ configurator system
Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, interpersonal and team skills
Excellent organization, time management skills and are detail orientated
Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
Ability to coordinate a high level of activity under a variety of conditions and constraints
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and keep up with the administrative requirements of the position
Intermediate level of computer literacy of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Excel)
Knowledge of PING product line and processes
Knowledge of Infor M3 ERP
