Regional Sales Manager
BSH Home Appliances Corporation is a leading manufacturer of home appliance brands. They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to manage District Sales Managers, establish customer relationships, and execute sales for their brands including Thermador, Bosch, and Gaggenau.

Responsibilities
Manages the District Sales Managers in order to establish and maintain strong customer relationships and execute sales of all BSH brands
Achieves respective brand sales plan (Thermador, Bosch, and Gaggenau)
Responsible for assigning sales quotas to DSMs (District Sales Manager) in support of the overall regional quota
Travels, develops and maintains relationships with all accounts and DSMs (District Sales Managers)
Manages accrued programming and display budgets for region
Coaches and manages DSMs to present programs (to principles/sales managers) to enhance order results
Responsible for communicating the monthly regional turnover forecast to Supply Chain and Demand Planning
Manages DSMs to ensure they process credits, pricing errors, RAs and, displays in a timely manner while maintaining all BSH Policies
Assists in the coordination (gathering and analyzing) of competitive regional pricing and marketing programs (volume rebates, buy programs, SPA's, spiffs, etc.)
Coordinate needed Thermador, Bosch and Gaggenau programming for the achievement of sales plan
Manages information flow to Head of Sales on a daily/weekly basis
Monitors the maintenance and development of all product displays including POP and display cleanliness
Performs all other duties as assigned. Including personnel development of DSMs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (Business Administration)
5-7 Years of Experience (Negotiating Experience)
5-7 Years of Experience (People Management Experience)
10+ Years of Experience (Sales Experience)
Domestic Travel by car, airplane, boat, etc. - can include overnight and weekends
Must be able to drive to visit assigned accounts daily in territory
Must have an active driver's license in good standing with the DMV
Strong training/coaching skills (both product & sales associate development)
Strong communication & presentation skills

Strong negotiations skills
Team building skills
Analytical skills with close attention to details
Sales experience in a business to business setting
Strong presentation skills with sales person to buyer experience

Travel Percentage – 50%
