Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients in the commercial flooring industry
Manage all aspects of assigned accounts, including sales, project management, and customer service
Prepare and present project proposals and estimates for commercial flooring projects
Collaborate with contractors and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
Monitor project progress and communicate updates to clients regularly
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling flooring products and services
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa

Preferred

Knowledge of epoxy/resinous flooring and high-performance flooring options
