Responsibilities

Grow volume and sales with assigned Co-ops, Distributors, Specialty Dealers, and National Account Customers by driving USG value proposition
Develop customer relationships by being proactive, follow-up and having industry and product knowledge
Pro-actively contacts assigned customers to strengthen relationship, follow-up on sales activities and address issues promptly
Participates in customer/contractor events, requires travel over weekends
Responds and follow-up to customer inquiries and complaints promptly
Visits customers in the market as needed
Ensures data in Salesforce.com meets requirements, up-to-date, accurate and organized
Collaborates to seek resolution efficiently and effectively
