Responsibilities

Research, qualify, and identify key decision-makers for targeted outreach
Engage prospects through outbound calls and marketing sequences to drive appointments
Manage a small book of business and achieve revenue goals
Execute email campaigns, lead nurturing, and follow-up tasks using Sojern tools
Support core sales activities within the West Coast territory and prospect strategically
Utilize Salesforce effectively and resolve issues using established tools and guidelines
Collaborate across teams to deliver simple, effective client solutions

Required

3+ years of experience working with tourism partners such as DMOs, attractions, hotels, or other travel industry organizations, with a solid understanding of digital advertising
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong communication and presentation skills, including comfort speaking to a variety of stakeholder groups
Travel Required - 10-15%

Preferred

Sales or business development experience preferred
Proficiency with business and sales tools such as Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office (preferred but not required)
Familiarity with tourism industry insights, analytics, or funding models is a plus
