The Manager of Partnership Strategy will support partnership activities, enhance agent engagement, and ensure effective communication between leadership and agents to drive measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Assist Strategic Growth Team leadership in executing field-based partnership activities that drive increased capture rate, referral flow, and LO integration within Coldwell Banker offices

Support the planning and delivery of events, workshops, and business reviews focused on agent adoption, LO engagement and growth

Assist in training and equipping CBD and GRA leaders with partnership activation playbooks, tools and best practices

Partner with Regional Presidents and CB Office Managers to identify challenges, surface opportunities, and support improved LO engagement and retention

Act as a day-to-day liaison between GRA and Coldwell Banker office leadership to ensure alignment, transparency and consistency in communication

Maintain positive relationships with Coldwell Banker field marketing partners and GRA pod leaders to coordinate field communications and targeted actions

Own the full lifecycle of addendum requests, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely processing

Manage compensation plan requests, confirming alignment with policies, approvals and proper documentation

Support the preparation of materials for leadership presentations, events and ETD (Experience the Different) sessions

Attend ETD as assigned to support candidate engagement when regional leadership is unavailable
