Inside Sales Representative – Air/Ocean/Domestic (Cincinnati)
ACF Global Logistics is a leading international Freight Forwarder/NVOCC, IATA agent, Customs Broker, and warehouse provider. They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to build new customer relationships across domestic truckload/LTL, international air, and ocean freight while working closely with pricing, operations, and customs teams.

Responsibilities
Proactively hunt for new business through calls, outreach, and targeted prospecting
Leverage your truckload brokerage background to identify domestic opportunities and grow them into multi-mode programs
Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects across domestic, air, and ocean
Identify, qualify, and convert prospects into active, recurring clients
Partner with pricing, operations, and customs/compliance to design solutions and ensure a clean hand-off from prospect to account
Stay plugged into market conditions (capacity, rates, trade lanes) and use that intel to win and retain business
Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and opportunity data in CRM/TMS tools
Represent ACF with professionalism, urgency, and a customer-first, solution-driven mindset
Qualification
Required
Truckload / domestic brokerage or carrier sales experience required
Proven hunter mentality with inside sales or brokerage experience in logistics/transportation
High energy, self-starter with a growth mindset—comfortable building from scratch, not just managing house accounts
Strong communication and relationship-building skills; able to talk freight with both shippers and carriers
Comfortable managing a high-volume pipeline and following through consistently
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM and/or TMS is a plus

3+ years of work experience with Account Sales Strategies
Working in an onsite setting
5+ years of Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage experience
5+ years of experience in Sales
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, sales, supply chain, or related field preferred but not required
