As a Senior Java Engineer, you will work remotely to review AI-generated Java code and generate high-quality reference implementations while assessing solutions for accuracy and clarity.
Responsibilities
Develop AI Training Content: Create detailed prompts in various topics and responses to guide AI learning, ensuring the models reflect a comprehensive understanding of diverse subjects
Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses to enhance the model's accuracy, fluency, and contextual relevance
Ensure Model Integrity: Test AI models for potential inaccuracies or biases, validating their reliability across use cases
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Java programming and software development
Strong understanding of AI concepts and machine learning
Ability to review and assess code for accuracy and performance
Experience in creating technical documentation and explanations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
