Responsibilities
Support the delivery of Walmart’s Item Experience roadmap to increase customer engagement and conversion
Drive clarity and alignment across teams through structured communication and strong cross-functional relationships
Embed AI-first thinking into operational workflows, enabling teams to build, measure, and iterate more effectively
Help shape and evolve Walmart’s customer shopping experience, contributing to long-term customer loyalty
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area
7 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area
2 years' supervisory experience
8–10+ years in eCommerce technical operations, product management, or related fields
Experience operationalizing AI systems—from generative models to automated workflows
Strong knowledge of product detail pages, pricing transparency, performance analytics; experience in product merchandising or campaign management is a plus
Background driving cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience developing strategies using associative thinking and structured problem solving
Proficient in translating vision into presentations, requirement documents, and strategic artifacts
Preferred
Master's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 4 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area
Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly
Knowledge of accessibility best practices and commitment to creating accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture
