Perform pre-litigation analysis

Expand areas of expertise beyond consumer warranty work by balancing commercial matters with consumer warranty cases
Qualification
Required
Admitted to practice in California
At least one to seven years litigation experience
Exposure to consumer warranty/lemon law matters
Experience in various stages of litigation, including pre-litigation analysis, written discovery, drafting and arguing motions, and attending court conferences
Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
Academic history of success
License to practice in California
Preferred
Looking to expand areas of expertise beyond consumer warranty work
