Run workstreams with partner oversight
Interface directly with sophisticated clients
Draft and negotiate critical deal documents
Manage diligence, title, zoning, and closing logistics
See transactions through end-to-end
Qualification
Required
Experience in commercial real estate transactions
Ability to work on ground-up developments across Manhattan and the outer boroughs
Experience with major acquisitions and dispositions of commercial assets
Knowledge of complex financings (construction, permanent, mezzanine, portfolio)
Experience in joint ventures with top-tier developers, funds, and institutional partners
Skills in equity + JV structuring
Proficiency in loan and financing documentation
Experience with development agreements and rights
Ability to manage high-value commercial contracts
Experience in deal management from term sheet through closing
Ability to run workstreams with partner oversight
Experience interfacing directly with sophisticated clients
Skills in drafting and negotiating critical deal documents
Ability to manage diligence, title, zoning, and closing logistics
Experience seeing transactions through end-to-end
