Lead the development and execution of CMF strategy across categories and regions

Drive excellence in CMF delivery from concept to market, preserving design intent

Partner with Business, R&D, Marketing, and Procurement to identify opportunities and influence innovation

Manage project delivery across multiple programs, balancing strategy and execution

Define and maintain CMF specifications, coordinate build reviews, and ensure quality

Advance material innovation with suppliers and R&D, focusing on sustainability

Improve CMF processes, standards, and tools using color science and measurement

Mentor and guide team members to elevate CMF design across the organization
