Responsibilities

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or similar tools

Develop infrastructure-as-code (IaC) solutions with Terraform or CloudFormation

Integrate automated security scanning, compliance checks, and remediation into DevSecOps workflows

Implement AWS-native security controls (IAM, GuardDuty, Security Hub, KMS) to protect sensitive federal health records

Ensure adherence to HIPAA, FedRAMP High, FISMA, and agency-specific security frameworks

Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and compliance audits

Monitor system performance, security posture, and cloud cost optimization

Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting using AWS CloudWatch, ELK, or similar tools

Support disaster recovery and continuity of operations planning
