Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the Residency Program Director to enhance resident education
Oversee inpatient services
Foster a culture of academic excellence
Mentor and teach MD and DO residents and medical students
Participate in teaching rounds
Maintain a thriving outpatient practice
Qualification
Required
M.D. or D.O. degree with active Pennsylvania medical license
Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a faculty member in a residency program
Strong teaching, communication, and organizational skills
