Responsibilities

Design, execute, and manage Partnerships Intermediary Agreements (PIA), Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADA), and Educational Partnership Agreements (EPA)
Work closely with customers to identify promising research and development (R&D) topics and use PIAs/CRADAs/EPAs to execute the envisioned R&D
Collect, analyze, and report metrics on the R&D workflow and determine bottlenecks
Engage in outreach activities with stakeholders in the customer's organization to identify transition partners for successfully completed R&D projects; Track technology transfers from an R&D office to operational users
Engage and coordinate activities with other Federal Laboratory entities, as well as academia, industry, and government organizations
Communicate technical concepts and information via written and oral communications

Qualification

TS/SCI with PolyBS in STEMMS OfficePatentsIPConfluenceJIRABriefing skillsInterpersonal skillsWriting skills

Required

Active TS/SCI with Poly
BS degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math with 9 years of relevant experience (4 additional years of experience may be used in lieu of degree)
Effective interpersonal skills and strong briefing and writing skills
Aptitude for on-site SETA work
Good working knowledge of MS Office applications

Preferred

Experience with Patents and Intellectual Property (IP) is desired
Experience working with Confluence and JIRA desired
