Responsibilities
Design, build, and operate real‑time, event‑driven React micro-frontends for various trader workflows — optimizing for low latency and high throughput
Drive full-stack solution design – work closely with developers across the stack to deliver end-to-end solutions
Engage business stakeholders (traders, sales, quants) to translate desk needs into technical designs and iterative deliveries for front‑office workflows
Champion solid engineering and software development life cycle (SDLC) practices - requirements/analysis, design patterns, code reviews, automated testing, secure‑by‑design implementation, and controlled releases
Collaborate with a global engineering team to develop modern solutions as part of tech transformation
Qualification
Required
Experience driving technical deliveries across teams and mentoring and/or managing junior developers
Engage with business, product stakeholders and external clients effectively
Interact with global team leads and collaborate
Design, build, and operate real-time, event-driven React micro-frontends for various trader workflows — optimizing for low latency and high throughput
Drive full-stack solution design – work closely with developers across the stack to deliver end-to-end solutions
