Audits and verifies all company credit card transactions to ensure accuracy and consistency with company credit card policies and procedures
Reviewing and reconciling all monthly credit card statements by verifying all credit card transactions against employees’ receipts
Ensuring each credit card transaction has a corresponding receipt
Notify management of any transactions without a receipt with proper documentation
Monitor employee daily spending limits
Notify management of the employees who exceeded the daily spending limit and what those amounts were with proper documentation
