Xbox Game Studios is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager with a passion for customer success and innovation in AI/ML. This role involves leading program development and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product strategies and enhance quality across gaming experiences.

Responsibilities

Drive program strategy and execution leveraging AI/ML across our product portfolios

Partner with Quality Engineers, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Applied Scientists, and Software Engineers, and other domain owners to holistically collate requirements with research and drive program development

Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value. Craft specs, work with engineering, and drive results that align with organizational priorities

Lead feature teams, including the planning and execution

Increase team efficiency and influence our culture of quality with process and technological improvements

Identify innovative solutions that will eliminate unnecessary quality cost to engineering

Dive deep into complex architectural landscapes and ability to quickly understand technical and programmatic concepts, flows, and design

Experience defining and running end-to-end complex technical programs

Leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Required

Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development + OR equivalent experience

2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects

Preferred

At least 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects, working with software development lifecycles from conception to delivery

Experience in leading cross functional teams that build and ship an AI/ML product from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.)

Experience working and leading teams with software quality teams, data scientists, and applied scientists to drive business outcomes

Experience with game development or other entertainment fields

Experience in leading cross-functional v-teams to desired outcomes

Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across product, engineering, design, data, and partners

Executive caliber communication skills: clear narratives, crisp tradeoffs, and decision-ready materials

Excels at influencing without authority
