New Grad, Entry LevelFunderPro is building one of the most active communities in prop trading, seeking a Social Media & Content Creator to enhance their social presence and manage partnerships with trading influencers. The role involves overseeing social media management, content creation, and influencer outreach to drive community engagement and brand recognition.

Responsibilities
Plan and publish daily content across Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
Build a consistent visual and narrative style that fits our brand
Monitor trends in trading and creator economies and turn them into content ideas
Track performance, identify what works, and adjust quickly
Produce short-form videos and social-ready edits
Handle video production from concept to delivery
Create graphics, carousels, stories, and visuals for campaigns
Repurpose long-form pieces such as CEO videos, trader stories, and creator footage
Identify, vet, and onboard trading influencers and content creators
Manage communication, organise deliverables, and maintain relationships
Support creators with direction, scripts, and messaging
Track coupon usage, post performance, and partnership ROI
Monitor sentiment and conversations across social channels
Flag emerging topics or concerns
Support community-facing pieces such as trader spotlights, payout highlights, and challenge updates
Qualification
Required
Solid experience in social media management
Proven video production and editing skills
Strong capability in short-form content creation
Understanding of trading, prop firms, or financial markets
Ability to communicate well with creators and guide their output
Highly organized and comfortable working at speed
Preferred
Background in fintech or prop trading
Graphic design skills
Experience with influencer CRM tools or creator management platforms
