Responsibilities
Prepares floor plans, site plans, equipment and component design drawings and other drawings for construction and remodel projects using computer aided drafting techniques
Utilizes latest versions of Revit and AutoCAD software and maintains current knowledge of CAD technology principles and applications
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
at least 1 year of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
Advanced computer knowledge and skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic proficiency using Microsoft tools including MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
Preferred
Certificate of Competency in Drafting
AutoCAD, Revit and BIM experience
