Responsibilities
Collaboration -Work closely with internal stakeholders .. GT , ST, Plant execution team and also external stakeholders GEV for delivering high quality seamless integrated high fidelity simulation software. Work closely with GEV simulation team for developing High fidelity new models
Scope : HDNU- Extended scope and Equipment only projects , Services projects as applicable
Productivity Initiatives: Identify, sponsor, and allocate resources to support initiatives that improve productivity and streamline processes
Delivery Management: Apply daily management practices to monitor delivery performance; proactively identify and resolve challenges
Quality Culture Promotion: Champion systems and behaviors that uphold a culture of quality and ensure consistent delivery excellence
Team Performance Management: Set goals, conduct appraisals, and manage performance to drive accountability and results
Employee Engagement & Culture: Promote a positive work environment through recognition, engagement initiatives, and cultural development
Communication Rhythms: Lead team communication practices including all-hands meetings, information dissemination, and team connect
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or higher
Minimum of 10+ years of management experience
Prior experience in Gas Power Controls Engineering
Proven track record of driving improvements in engineering quality and delivery performance across teams and projects
Exceptional ability to communicate and present clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels—including management, peers, team members, and clients
Preferred
Minimum of 5+ years of management experience
Prior experience in High fidelity modelling and simulation of Gas turbine, Steam Turbine and Plant
Strong global mindset with the ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and geographies
Resource planning, Budget and Quality tracking experience
