Responsibilities

Managing a team that will consist of ProServe Account Executives in North America, dedicated to global energy customers
Manage bookings, pipeline, revenue, margin and delivery of projects
Develop trusted relationships with energy company CIOs, CTOs, IT functional leaders and business sponsor executives
Lead the sales of ProServe engagements, and build a growing business for NAMER headquartered global energy customers globally, driving AWS adoption, and customer benefit from AWS services
Sell IT transformation engagements specific to energy sector needs
Partner ecosystem - Establish executive and technical relationships with key integrators (SIs) and Independent software Vendors (ISV) serving the energy sector
Lead in Energy Sector – Lead the establishment of mechanisms, practices, references, solutions, and communities that support AWS global energy customers

Qualification

Required

Experience solving problems with technology in the Energy & Utilities industries
10+ years of direct people management leading a team of consultants experience
15+ years of relevant enterprise IT sales and delivery oversight experience with global Fortune 500 energy companies

Preferred

10+ years of understanding of AI and cloud computing, adoption strategy and migration/modernization challenges and experience with design of modern, scalable delivery models for technology consulting services
