Manage customer inquiries and needs from distributors, end-users, and manufacturer's reps, ensuring timely resolutions
Maintain exceptional service while fostering relationships with both internal and external customers
Investigate customer issues, complaints and replacement orders to find a successful resolution promptly, accurately and in a reasonable amount of time
Function efficiently within a team environment to meet business objectives
Ability to schedule appointments
Undertake additional duties as assigned by the management
Qualification
Required
2+ years of cabinet design experience
2+ years of 2020 Kitchen Design or equivalent design software experience like Sketchup or Revit
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Solid organizational and time management skills
Must be able to communicate clear, concise objectives and expectations with customers, team members, and management
Ability to solve practical problems
Prior customer service experience is required for those who have worked in the cabinet industry
On-time and reliable attendance for scheduled workdays
