Responsibilities

Prepare site development plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar software
Design grading, drainage, stormwater systems, and utility layouts
Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies
Prepare cost estimates, schedules, and project documentation

Qualification

Required

3 or more years working in land development or site civil projects
Detailed knowledge of relevant national/state standards and codes of practice
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (required)
Proficiency in Civil 3D, stormwater modeling, and related tools
Strong knowledge of zoning, permitting, and regulatory processes
Excellent communication and project management skills
Commitment to health and safety
