Responsibilities

Design program to test and monitor compliance as legally required and as needed to identify compliance risk

Design and implement testing methodologies and make recommendations to adjust the Compliance program as needed

Lead annual and periodic risk-based control testing across Compliance domains

Develop documentation requests, facilitate walkthrough discussions / interviews with control owners and operators

Document and confirm testing results with key stakeholders

Lead periodic reporting to executive leadership on testing and monitoring results

Provide guidance on issue remediation plans

Required

8+ years of relevant work experience in compliance and/ or auditing, preferably in a similar industry

Experience partnering with stakeholders across legal, finance, people, product, and engineering teams

Experience in building from the ground up and executing assurance plans

Proactively identify process gaps, roadblocks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies that will negatively impact risk and compliance efforts and mitigate them

Significant experience with program or project management, including developing long-term strategy consisting of multiple smaller projects, defining program strategy, and defining metrics

Experience in working in matrix organizations requiring collaboration and coordination across diverse stakeholder groups to align the company to successfully execute on a vision

Exceptional communication skills and experience working successfully in a global environment with a diverse group of colleagues

Hard worker who is comfortable operating in a complex and dynamic environment; this person will be energized by big challenges and working with excellent people
