Required

High School Diploma

Five years of administrative support experience

Previous experience in records management

Must possess basic information technology skills. Be able to perform basic functions of a PC

Master at time management for self and when constructing Division Chief's schedule

Must display interpersonal skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent communications and writing skills, meticulous attention to detail, ability to meet time sensitive deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks

Preferred

Associates Degree in Administrative Support
