Solve timely issues related to PCs, operating systems, software, POS terminals, telephones, pagers, printers, thin clients, and CRTs
Utilize the help desk software to diligently track all requests
Place service calls with appropriate vendors
Maintain phone system and voicemail configurations for the company
Creates and runs special request queries
Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts, on-site in Davenport, IA
