Responsibilities
Prepare customer certification packages using material data and customer specifications
Input chemical and mechanical test data into our ERP system
Maintain filing systems for both current and archived documents
Compile data for reports and quality assurance purposes
Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and support department workflow
Follow detailed instructions in various formats (written, verbal, diagrams)
Support audit processes by providing requested documents promptly
Finalize reports and ensure accurate filing of documentation
Assist with general administrative tasks and provide team support as needed
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizenship is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills
Fluent in English, with the ability to read, interpret, and generate documents and reports
Comfortable with basic math, including percentages, volume, and measurements
Strong problem-solving skills to work through various tasks and situations
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
High School Diploma/GED required (2 years of related training or experience may substitute)
Preferred
Prior experience with ERP systems and documents management preferred
Experience in writing routine reports and correspondence
