Responsibilities

Prepare estimate of costs for materials, labor and equipment based on provided scope of work, drawings, and specifications

Work with distribution to maintain best available pricing and lead times

Prepare cost breakouts and submit onto Excel bid form

Prepare proposals based on scope of work and bid specifications

Work with team, customer, or end user to generate RFI’s

Work with team, customer, or end user to generate work schedule

Work with team to provide ideas and improvements

Work with project management team to create project schedule

Reviews and understands all bid documents and material requirements to assess constructability and product material requirements
