Develop and execute comprehensive E-commerce resource planning strategies with a specialization in user growth, including goal/budget setting and performance review

Conduct data analysis to evaluate the performance of user growth, identify trends, and make recommendations for optimization

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute user growth Strategy

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field

Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2026

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL/Python

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner

Preferred

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills

Experience in the E-commerce industry, preferably within resource management area
