Collaborate with the Director to promote respect and unity among staff, parents, and children
Lead educators, prioritize safety, and support enrollment growth through engaging interactions and innovative activities
Qualification
Required
Passionate about early childhood education
Experience in leadership roles within educational settings
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, parents, and children
Commitment to creating a nurturing environment for children
Understanding of safety protocols and enrollment growth strategies
Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
