The Creator Consulting Associate supports the Creator Consulting team by managing day-to-day execution, data analysis, and client coordination for global creator strategy engagements.

Responsibilities

Manage the daily workflows of creator consulting engagements, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-ups

Build reports, analyze creator and affiliate performance data, and synthesize insights for client presentations

Act as a platform educator for clients and internal teams—helping translate creator strategies into workflows within the impact.com platform and creating simple how-to resources

Support internal and external communications, ensuring seamless execution across teams and regions

Help compile deliverables and playbooks following strategy workshops

Partner closely with offshore analysts, Product, and Marketing to ensure all data and insights align with consulting outputs

Required

2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, creator marketing, and analytics (internships or full-time)

Strong Excel/Sheets and presentation-building skills (Google Slides, PowerPoint)

Exceptional organizational and communication skills

A passion for marketing technology

An analytical mindset with comfort in interpreting data

A proactive attitude and passion for learning from global consulting leaders
