Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator (Part-Time)

Responsibilities
Assist with greeting all visitors, employees, and applicants
Maintain the day-to-day administrative function of a highly active Human Resources office
Maintenance of incoming calls
Handle walk-in inquiries
Coordinate certain employee relations events
Maintain the office environment including administrative responsibilities
Assist with general benefit issues
Support and assist with the welcoming of new hires
Maintain files and provide support for the employment process
Additional responsibilities and projects will be assigned as needed
Qualification
Required
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
Refined verbal and written communication skills
MUST be able to speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish
Must be proficient in general computer knowledge
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Hotel Management
related work experience equivalent
