Responsibilities

Oversee month-end metrics reporting and commentary for various governance forums

Design and implement new reporting, partnering with stakeholders to expand scope of our reporting across various Asset Domains (for example, Technology, 3rd Party Engagements), and in support of firm, Line of Business, Corporate Function and Location/Legal Entity specific requirements

Work with the development team to implement business intelligence solutions to automate reporting and integrate reporting into online data stores and create data visualization and analytics

Work with LOBs and Corporate Functions to design and implement new reporting requirements or data analytics

Contribute to the improvement and automation of the FRO reporting process

Act as a strong innovator, always challenging processes and seeking efficiencies

Provide input and participate in various working groups to ensure appropriate capture of data, enhance data aggregation processes and reporting & control procedures

Build subject matter expertise in Firmwide Resiliency processes and practices

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting

8+ years of relevant experience

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail including a strong control focus

Self-motivated and comfortable working with large amounts of data

A self-starter who is organized and consistently meets deliverables

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, lead initiatives and bring tasks to complete closure

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; verbal, written and presentation

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Experience interacting with a global team

Preferred

Knowledge of Tableau, Python and Alteryx is advantageous
