Responsibilities

Manage large-scale lease-ups and support stabilization efforts

Facilitate and oversee the full recertification process

Supervise and coach Property Managers and on-site teams with bi-weekly check-ins

Maintain compliance with affordable housing regulations, funding agreements, and fair housing laws

Coordinate daily operations between property management and case management/service partners

Lead regular team meetings and distribute follow-up action items

Serve as a liaison between site teams, program staff, case managers, and funders

Support teams in addressing resident issues, including:

Violations

Crises or emergency responses

Conflict resolution

Ensure units, buildings, and grounds meet safety, cleanliness, and regulatory standards

Oversee rent collection, move-ins/outs, unit turns, inspections, and maintenance coordination

Maintain accurate and detailed property files, incident reports, and resident documentation

Support referral outreach and ensure units remain fully occupied
