Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Account Manager, clients, and creative teams to understand client goals and target audiences
Develop comprehensive media plans that align with client objectives and budgets
Utilize market research and data to inform media buying decisions
Execute media buys across various online channels, including social media, display advertising and search engine marketing
Cultivate and maintain relationships with digital media vendors to stay informed about advertising opportunities
Manage client budgets for digital media buying, ensuring the efficient allocation and tracking of expenses
Provide clients with budget updates and recommend adjustments as needed
Oversee the implementation and execution of digital media campaigns, including ad placement and scheduling
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within specified parameters
Continuously monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies for optimization
Analyze the effectiveness of digital media campaigns using key metrics and data analytics
Prepare and deliver regular reports to clients, offering actionable insights and recommendations for campaign enhancement
Identify trends and areas for improvement in digital media buying strategies

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
Proven experience in digital marketing and paid media, with a focus on Media Buying
Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
Professional client service and communication skills
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred

Experience with client retention and growth strategies is a plus
