Revenue Enablement Manager

Pactum AI is transforming procurement with groundbreaking agentic AI, collaborating with humans to enhance negotiation opportunities. The Revenue Enablement Manager will support the sales team by creating tools and processes aimed at improving sales productivity and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Develop Onboarding and Certification programs to shorten ramp time
Use data to track skill progression and adapt content to each role
Use AI driven tools to identify performance gaps and personalize coaching to address
Build scalable enablement systems that increase pipeline generation, conversion rates and sales velocity
Reduce non-sellling time through automation and process clarity
Align enablement program to customer journey stages
Create and maintain sales playbooks, pitch decks, battle cards and product enablement content in partnership with marketing and product teams
Organize and lead regular training sessions, certifications, role-play exercises and QBR support
Serve as the voice of Sales during product launches and GTM rollouts to ensure alignment across teams

Required

Proven track record in sales enablement in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally start-up size
Proven track record of building enablement programs that improved measurable GTM performance improvements
Experience in utilizing AI tools in the enablement process

Preferred

3+ years of experience in Revenue or Sales Enablement
An excellent understanding of sales processes, methodologies and revenue operations
Fluency in AI and analytics tools
Experience managing content in Confluence or similar systems
