AAA Implementation Engineer

TalentCollyde is seeking a AAA Implementation Engineer who plays a critical role in delivering technical implementation services for AAA infrastructure. The role involves system upgrades, feature enhancements, and compliance with architectural standards while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Prepare and manage change records (CRQs), ensuring peer reviews and necessary approvals
Coordinate change scheduling with assigned engineers
Represent changes in internal and external meetings, including pre-CAB and CAB sessions
Communicate changes across regional teams and ensure knowledge transfer between stakeholders
Collaborate with testers to validate change outcomes, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
Rehearse changes in lab environments and implement during approved windows (often weekends)
Ensure all changes are fully documented, risk-mitigated, and meet success criteria
Work with tools to build and maintain NCDs (Network Configuration Documents)
Create and manage work orders related to AAA systems, firewalls, IP services, and vendor support
Conduct testing (manual and automated), verify logs, and troubleshoot issues post-deployment
Monitor and validate authentication logs post-change to ensure successful implementation
Coordinate with release managers to ensure smooth project delivery
Participate in project meetings and cross-functional reviews
Work closely with internal stakeholders: Operations, Engineering, Architecture, Product Owners, etc
Engage with vendors for on-site support during device swaps or critical infrastructure changes
Update implementation schedules and maintain accurate documentation of work performed

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Postgraduate degree a plus)
Minimum 8–12 years of experience in a technical engineering role supporting network infrastructure
Proficiency with ClearPass, Stealthwatch, ISE, AAA, Splunk
Load balancing, NA3RC, Automation tools, Cluster build and upgrades
Captive portals, Network configuration, SSL certificates
Strong skills in MS Excel, and working knowledge of MS Project
Experience in financial services (banking, insurance, investment) is a plus
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage shifting deadlines, and work weekends as needed for critical changes

Preferred

Experience with Remote Access (VPN posture) and Secure Cloud Analytics (e.g., Stealthwatch)
Experience in regulated or global enterprise environments
