Responsibilities
Manages day-to-day activities to ensure smooth clinic operations and high-quality patient care
Oversees patient scheduling, registration, and discharge processes to ensure efficient patient flow
Coordinates with physicians, nurses, and ancillary services to optimize clinic workflows and patient flow
Creates and enforces policies and procedures to enhance clinic operations and patient care
Develops and maintains EPIC templates and health information management systems for data handling
Implements safety and regulatory compliance measures to maintain a secure and compliant clinical environment
Monitors key performance indicators and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and meet operational goals
Responsible for employment activities including hiring, firing, corrective action, training, monitoring and conducting performance reviews
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in healthcare, or a related field (Required)
7+ years of experience in clinical practice management (Required)
Authorization to Work in the United States: Applicants who require sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered for this position
Preferred
Master's Degree in healthcare, or a related field (Preferred)
One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience or one year of relevant professional-level work experience may be substituted for one year of required education
